Joel always wanted to be linked to the audiovisual world. At a very young age, he already made his first steps producing short films, composing songs or writing scripts for movies. So much so that he decided to study advertising, because it is a career closely related to the whole world and he knew it well from the career of his father, Carlos. Parallel to his studies, he began working in the production team of the program ¿Perdona?, which was on the air for 5 years in various channels in Spain.

Subsequently, he began a new adventure in the world of startups. He was first an Inside Sales Representative at the young French company Papernest, in which he sought to expand the business by finding new collaborators who could provide a flow of clients to the company. Later he signed for the well-known Glovo, in which he was also one of those responsible for developing the business looking for new clients and new markets within the home service sector.

Joel is currently in charge of the Expansion department of ÉXITOTV, where he carries out the expansion of the company in all senses: positioning on the Internet, looking for more business opportunities, digitalization of the company, developing inbound marketing strategies…
